When I say kid, I personally think 12 years old or less



How police count these statistically I am not sure what the requirement is, if its below 18 or whatever that marker is

I would imagine they use the term minor when classifying. The term child would probably be reserved for media accounts.

You are misreading what I am saying, I am not trying to insinuate kids getting gunned down is a common thing

This thread isn't about kids getting gunned down just the violence in New Orleans within the last two weeks, thats whats in the OP

Reading the media accounts of this event is confusing as hell. Initial reports say it happened at 3am, then later said 10pm. On I10 then on Metry Road at a redlight, the at Carrollton and 10.

New Orleans is like historic and shite and there are lots of places to drink so it’s totally worth getting killed anywhere you go.
