3 Shot In Armed Robbery in Mobile, AL Gas Station (Video)

Happened in midtown not too farfrom my moms neighborhood and my brothers neighborhood. For the life of me I can’t understand why people in Mobile want to move to midtown. I can’t get to Baldwin County fast enough. The Cultcha is strong in Mobile.

Mobile, AL - Surveillance video shows a suspect who shot three people during a robbery in Midtown Mobile. The crime happened Tuesday night at the Chevron gas station at the corner of Sage and Emogene. The surveillance video shows a man armed with a gun and wearing a mask as he entered the store at around 11:30 p.m. The store's owner said suspect shot a man sitting behind the counter. The owner says the man then went to the back of the store and brought an employee to the register at gunpoint, demanding money. "First he asked a question to a friend of mine and then he just shot him, like genuinely came over here to shoot, not to rob," said the owner, Abdul Aziz. The employee was trying to open the register, but according to the owner, was scared and couldn't get it to work. The suspect shot the worker at the register in the leg. The owner says another employee in a back room was also shot four times. "He shot the other guy who was just sitting on the computer, and he shot him four times. And then he brought my friend outside, and he asked him for money and obviously when somebody sees that much blood who is not used to seeing that much blood like that and is used to working, unlike the guy who shot. So he asked him to open the cash register and he couldn't open it because he was shaking and that's when he shot him three times," said Aziz. At one point, while the suspect continued to demand money the suspect shot the employee at the register again. The owner says the suspect stole cigarettes but did not get away with any money. The victims were taken to a hospital in critical condition.
