3 girl scouts and one adult killed while picking up trash on side of the highway

Sokup says the 21-year-old driver, Colton Treu of Chippewa Falls, sped off but later surrendered and will be charged with four counts of homicide.

judging from his FB i'd say he's dabbled in drugs a time or two.
Terrible thing to happen to just people who were trying to make the world a little better place by cleaning up some trash.
Also, frick the litterers who put the trash on the side of the road in the first place. If it wouldn't of been there neither would've the girls.

And I'm getting tired of people shrugging off other drunk drivers.
Post last night, not sure if it was true or not, about a buddy of the OP who was " hammered" and hit a telephone pole, yet was upset that nearby neighbors were detaining him til the cops showed up.

I feel the same way about people texting or looking at their phone and driving. I have to hit the shoulder of the road for them at least once a week. Drunks, not so much.
