To the extent that NYC is over policed, it’s due to the well known violence the city experienced years ago. The same violence that spurred black leaders to support Bill Clinton’s tougher sentencing law. You wouldn’t believe this, but most black people don’t actually want anarchy in their neighborhoods.

I never have. There are both white people and black people who are the scum of the earth, but I don’t hate any of them. Not to hijack but some of these scum that are on death row should not be given 10-12 years of appeals..... put them down. They are useless to society.
