This is true for S. side of university directly next to campus (I.e. any road off of general Pershing to Church st.) other than that, campus area is going to shite.

I live in Whitmar, at the front of the neighborhood. Those apartments have to go, other than that I haven't had a problem in 3 years.

It must just be the apartments. I know a few people that live in the back and they've never had problems. I used to take swimming lessons at the pool. It seemed much bigger back then
