Don’t care what anyone thinks, but he deserves whatever sentence he gets!

How sad is it that a political party has made it so?

Were the victims riding in the car with him? If they made the choice to ride with him I have a hard time seeing a VH charge as justified. If he hit an uninvolved party then sure, lock him up.

I hope he doesn’t go to the same prison as the Booty Warrior.

Maybe it’s just me but why on earth is the LAGOP’s political director 22 years old?

I worked for the LAGOP when I was maybe 19-20 and the Political Director was only a few years older than me. It’s pretty typical.

He looks like he’s about 10.

He’s going to feel 10 if he goes into the general population.

I knew his wife's family when I.lived in BR and met her when she was still in high school or maybe a bit younger.

She's too young to be a widow.

Nice victim blaming there.

Weird bump.

Without a doubt, there are people who get involved with unfortunate accidents and happen to be over the BAC limit. I don't think such situations warrant a homicide charge.

That doesn't seem to be the case here, though. There's a lot of evidence that indicates really evil behavior here. I don't particularly care how much time Lucus does, but he ought to be branded a felon.

How so? I responded twice to this post, so my first of the posts would have been the bump.

Just found out about this. I knew the parents and grandparents of the wife and baby when I lived in BR.

Kids being kids, accident happens, so adults pin it all on the kid driving.

Ye who is without the same exact sin, cast the first stone.

Sucks, But it's the same as teen pregnancy. shite happens.

Two years in jail, 5 years probation. Some financial penalty/garnishment.

Or renounce citizenship, and leave the country forever.

It cost 60 grand a year to incarcerate someone. So if you put them away for 10 years it's $600 grand.

Let them to live free like seven and a half other billion people.....just not here.

Accomplishes the same, and 600k can be better invested in autonomous vehicles.

For every person that leaves, we can allow 1 in.

Immigration and prisons..... End in the same solution

Why don’t you go ahead and leave too? You know, Practice what you preach?

Since you’re obviously into cliches.

He will get 10 years per charge ran concurrent. Do about 55 months tops.

Vehicular homicide carried fifteen ten years ago. 47% of fifteen would be my guess. He can knock eight months off of that with good time classes. He is going to have a terrible time in there. Too feminine.
