i walk up to tiger stadium when the band is coming down the hill and unleash hell. just me and a few friends could take out 100 people with guns. the number could be ridiculous if you dropped bags with bombs in them with timers.
another scenario here in la that would take 1 person, 2 at tops. i take a little flatboat on the river and go up to a loaded ship at a dock like valero. plant a few bombs on the hull of the ship and blow it to shite. release a few hundred thousand barrels of oil into the river. might kill someone but i just shutdown the river for god knows how long and cripple the economy of the US with the lockdown of all other ports

If you're unfamiliar with the territory, you should look at a map before you start spouting off. One of the most stable nations in the Middle East, and one of the US's best allies in the region, borders Israel to the east. I don't think we should start our campaign of Islamic genocide in Jordan. Other than that, I like how you think. This planet is overpopulated anyway.
Would anyone really miss the ~250,000,000 Muslims in the Middle East? Probably not. But where your plan goes a bit off the rails is that it doesn't do anything about the 1.5 BILLION or so Muslims in other countries. Now what, MacArthur?

I'm just here to say that the sooner Western leaders grow balls and make the moves to exterminate Islam both domestic and abroad, the better this world will be. Round them up and air drop them over the Pacific. Bomb the Middle East until it's nothing but sand. frick liberals and their support for this cancerous death squad "religion". Any non-Muslims that support their bullshite can have a one-way ticket out the back of a C-17 over the central Pacific.

How old are you? When you get through studying a world globe, you might want to read a couple of history books written by someone other than a guy named Westmoreland.
I don't remember the exact percentage, but between 1964 and 1972, the enemy (VC/NVA) initiated contact with US ground troops at the time, place and in the manner of their choosing over 80% of the time. It was not in their best interest to fight a set piece battle with the most well armed military in the world.
As far as the Tet Offensive goes, militarily, we kicked their asses. Unfortunately, we probably killed as many South Vietnamese civilians as VC/NVA. And in the process, leveled many neighborhoods and a few entire cities with artillery and air strikes. All in the Republic of South Vietnam.
And FYI - There's a place called China between Vietnam and Russia.

Not really. They used our money. We gave weapons and money to the anti-Afghan government Mujahideen. The USSR was fighting on Afghanistan's side.

We didn't give arms or money directly to the mujahideen. Our money, and eventually Stingers, went to the Pakistani ISI. Those cocksuckers then distributed to the Afghan warlords of their choosing.
Then, one day, the Soviets finally had enough of getting bled in Afghanistan and headed home. Shortly thereafter, the river of money from the US was reduced to a trickle. Why? Because we never really gave a frick about Afghanistan. We just wanted to frick with the Soviets in a proxy war, as they did to us in Vietnam.

Yes, it is. And the general presumption is that it was an attack by Islamic terrorist(s). Subsequently, several posters, who are graduates of the "Kill 'em all and let God sort 'em out" school of thought, have recommended genocide as the only practical solution to the problem.
They may be correct, but I think implementing their plan will meet more resistance than they anticipate. Killing every Muslim on the planet will be considerably more complicated than attempting to kill every Jew in Europe.
