Not sure what this thread is specifically about, but traffic circles are ideal in places where people aren't retarded.

Is that what they’re doing there? What the frick was wrong with the “don’t stop keep going” turn lane? That worked pretty well. A traffic circle is going to confuse those dumbasses coming out of Donaldsonville and points southward.

If I’m a lawyer, I’m putting up massive billboards right there because so many people are about to be rear ended right there.

Especially when people are looking at the massive billboard and not the traffic circle. It's a fricking BRILLIANT plan!

Which is why they're epic clusterfricks in most of the US.

Retarded or not, the one's in Hammond off the I-12 exit are a special pain in the arse. Especially coming westbound and getting off there where you can't see oncoming traffic until it's in the circle. As soon as you think it's safe to enter, more cars are coming.

Not just that, it still doesn't keep truckers from cutting people off coming out of the Petro truck stop, further holding up traffic.

That Hammond intersection was way worse before the traffic circle.

Sadly, the overwhelming majority of humans are fricking retards on the road.

Not always, only sometimes. When constructed in proper locations they can increase traffic flow dramatically, and that's even with lots of retarded drivers around.
