Work In the quarter long enough and you will realize that they have certain drug dealers that control every block on bourbon in deals and set bums on every block to work the tourist for money. The drug dealer shoot it out and the bums fight to the death.
100% honest it's a 17-18 year old girl that runs the 800-900 block area with dope coke and Molly and that's around the area this happened.

Just like there are poor, middle class and rich white people. New Orleans has a large population on poor black people. 99% of the violent crime in NOLA is black on black…how else should we word it?

holyshit batman! 90 percent of the killings in NOLA are black on black its a fact jack
Im not lumping all blacks into this all the same category. The black family in NOLA is for the most part in shambles which helps contribute to these fatherless thugs running the streets

You also have the same fat black guy that has been selling fake coke to bachelor parties for atleast a decade. It's so funny. I used to have guys walk in the bar to use the ATM after I saw them talking to him and I'd try to frick his game up and tell them they were about to get ripped off but an hour later they were back in the bar telling me they should have listened. I would never let the guy in my bar. But he would get over on the female bartenders. Females is general just are oblivious to what is going on around them. I'd tell them time and time again that the guy is selling fake dope to their customers but they wouldn't listen.
FQ is a shite show with a huge underbelly most are oblivious too. The amount of cash going through the place, you don't think the criminals know this?

I know this and I am sorry if using black in anyway implied that I didn't get that point.
I know a good many well to do black guys. The few I hang with have a term for the poor trashy blacks. I can't say the word as it's banned here.
I always saw a difference between that word and a black person. Like there is a difference between white person, and white trash.

The only way crime will get better ( not based on fake stats ) will be if tourism takes a hit

generally the take is 20%. If you are willing to part with profits, that is what you would pay. Most cops making $20/hr (ish I know salary) who are already in the grey area on drug issues, will look the other way for 20% of the take.
