I’ve seen the OT track a lot of people down. What are the chances it can solve this theft of Indian artifacts from Alabama? Link to al.com article.

Knight said he believes this is one of the largest antiquity heists in the country. An appraisal of the stolen items conducted in 1980 revealed they are worth around $1 million. Since the theft in 1980, none of the artifacts have shown up for sale or trade, leading Knight to believe the collection may still be intact.

I'd love the challenge but having no information other than pics of items stolen 40 years ago is near impossible.

More recent crimes are much easier.

20k reward doesn't seem like the greatest incentive to recover and surrender a million dollar item.

Agreed that it’s not a lot to go on. And that $20k isn’t a huge amount. A little more info here.

It doesn’t say to recover and turn it in yourself. Who would do that anyway?

Since they are Indian artifacts, I'd check with Elizabeth Warren. Pocahontas will soon try and pass them off as family heirlooms.
