Arlington VA should be ranked very highly. We are the "good" section of the DC metro area, there's almost no violent crime, average about one homicide per year, and are regularly in the top 5-10 income areas in the US.

Basically everyone here has a six figure income and a graduate degree.

And yet NOLA is on this list, right behind Newark NJ. But Arlington is not. For that matter, none of the DC suburbs are.

This list is clearly clickbait.
