Sucks that you have to get your kid indoctrinated into a religion to get a good education. I miss Louisiana for the people, food, and LSU, but not the sub par education system.
Mostly right, but there are some exceptions, like magnet schools. The public school system on the northshore is good for the most part. No reason to send your offspring to private schools unless you're actually religious.

It's just based on people's online reviews. If I really wanted to I could 1 star the shite out of Episcopal until they fall entirely off the list.

no freaking kidding. Every one I knew from Franklin was very smart, but did next to nothing with it. Instead they went to work at a morgue or something.

A curious omission.
I think that schools have an option to participate in these rankings.

I was going to say the same thing. There is no data to analyse from private schools and this is based off of reviews.

FWIW my SO is a Franklin alum, and the list of accomplishments among the people she graduated with is pretty damn impressive.
I had to chuckle at Catholic barely cracking the top ten

I had freshman /sophomore classes at UNO with Ben Franklin kids, and they are weird as frick. Like weird enough you don't even want to talk to them. Zero social skills.
I tried speaking with a group of them about their involvement in the UNO classes, and they all just clammed up and could barely talk.

No school is probably still better than most of the public schools.

You frickers are making it seem like you need a 190+ IQ and have to be a 10 year old chess grandmaster to pass the Franklin entrance test with all this weird anecdotal bullshite.
Most of the students are simply a suitable combination of bright and driven.
