I'm excited about doing the open this year. I don't have any stats that are that great, so I won't be making regionals. Fwiw, here are some of my stats

Rumor around my box is that 15.1 is going to be the burpee mile.

My Oly lifts are still lacking. I'm still correcting an early elbow bend in both lifts. Bad habits from muscling everything up for years.
Hopefully this time off has help my plantar fasciitis heal. I have a night splint that I can wear a few hours a night that totally stretches out the issue at the heel fascii insertion, but the knot/tightness slowly reappears later in the day.
However, it feels much better these last 10 days.

One of the guys at the gym was raising money for OLOL. He pledged that he would do a burpee for every dollar raised.
3 days and $799 later, he did 800 burpees today in 2.5 hours.

i think they generally dont do distance workouts in the Open because you cant verify video entries

I don't know. Jordy finishes first in swimming at the finals every year.

saw a video post by Castro earlier today on his instagram, they were rehearsing for the live shoot tonight, they had 2 girls doing pullups and pushups. My guess is they were trying to throw people off, but it could also have been legit. who knows. I want to say not legit cause they werent doing hand release pushups
