Duct tape. Lots and lots of duct tape. You have to go under and around the trailer.

I lived in a trailer during Rita. I just gathered the stuff I wanted, left, and hoped the rest would be gone when I got back

As for everyone else, do what the frick you want. But some people like me use threads like this to help make major decisions, like whether to hospitalize very ill family members, who cannot travel, in advance of a storm. Do me a solid and take it elsewhere.
