2011 Chevy equinox - force recirculate 24/7?

Got a pos Equinox with a fricked up blend door actuator. It's the one that controls fresh/recirculated air, and it's impossible to reach without removing the whole dash, center console, etc.
When you switch to Recirculate, the blend door makes a popping noise, sometimes for a short time, sometimes longer. I want to leave it on recirculate 24/7, but every time you turn the car off, the actuator opens the door about 2-3 minutes later.
Is there a fuse that controls that one actuator? Thanks for any help

I should mention that the whole reason I want to do this is so I can trade it in at the dealership that sold me this POS, and when they start the car it doesn't make the noise
Also it's hot as shite and only May, so the compressor will be fricked by June if we have to run it in fresh air mode

That vehicle is ugly as shite. I question the sanity of anyone who has ever bought one of those ugly vehicles. The equinox and the traverse are the ugliest vehicles ever made. How do you not feel embarrassed riding in it?

That's a different blend door. The one in the video controls either hot/cold or defrost on/off.
The part I have to replace is above everything shown in that video. Above the cabin air filter, and mounted to the side of the part that looks like a hamster ball/cage.

I did that actuator replacement in my Tahoe. Took me about two hours and saved me $1400 in labor I was quoted.. YouTube is your friend.

There's 4 different actuators in these Chevy's.
And the 2007-2011 are notorious for going out.
The two on the passenger side of the vehicle are easily replaced through the glove compartment. The two on the driver's side are a massive pain.

On the passenger side, there's one on the left near your feet that's very easy to see. But the one that's screwed up in this car, is way up inside the dash.
I have no idea how to reach it without pulling the entire dash forward
