the weirdest part for me is that a small girl walked up to man twice her size and decided to aggressively attack this guy.... and it's supposed to be without provocation? that's super weird.

no...that's too much alcohol.

It wasn't a coke bottle she hit him with, now was it

That argument will play great in court. I'm sure the young angels lawyer will make that his closing statement.

We have people who hunt and fish on our family lands and we've never had any kind of litter or trash problem.

Actually her tox screen was negative on everything the day the accident happened. Let’s get the whole story out there. This wasn’t a man that was already on the sand bar and walked over to some 20 something year olds and asked them “Please don’t litter”. They came in boats from across the river because one of the guys pants came down when he was thrown from a tube. They thought he looked them. The so sweet nice man that passed away was holding the guys head under water when the girl hit him with a bottle.

Some heroes wear capes and some wield bottles.

I did find it odd that the reports said it was a fight between two groups of people and we end up with one guy and 2-3 adversaries.

I figured there was more to the story and the guy was probably being johnny chode instead simply asking them not to litter as the original article suggested. Usually guys who start these types of confrontations are already huge douche bags and and act like much bigger dicks than need about these types of situations.

From all accounts the guy was a good person. Take a look at the trash they arrested. People say you can’t judge a book by its cover but a lot of the times you can.

I mean, what do you expect people to say about a guy who was just killed tragically? Nobody is going to say "frick that guy, deserved it"

Xxxtentacion raped his pregnant gf with a barbecue fork and I've seen way more people on social media defend him than call him a POS.

I speak ill of the dead all the time. I’m 100% confident the guy murdered wasn’t looking for a fight.
