I've found about 100 pounds of weed floating offshore and about 40 kilos of coke floating offshore on another trip. I left it all and didn't want any part of that.

It happens all the time. Most people are smart enough not to try and sell it or go to the cops. Someone will come get it and you will get a nice bundle of cash rather than a bullet in the head.

Honestly, I would prob do nothing and just keep walking. Why put yourself on the radar of either the police or the cartel if you don't have to?
