Indeed. Huge difference between a targeted mass casualty event and 4 idiots(different types of shell casings found) letting off shots amongst a large crowd of drunks, soon after bars close, that have nothing to do with the altercation, as this was.

Right or wrong, “mass shooting” has come to mean a shooting of innocent people in a school or public setting, where none were involved with the shooter.
A fight at a bar that results in a shooting, is different.

This isn’t a mass shooting. It’s ghetto dwellers living up to the stereotypes. Happens every weekend in urban settings. But don’t you dare profile them.
