re: 2 Arkansas death row inmates claim they're too obese to execute

Lol, no the "emotional" one is very obviously yourself with your overly dramatic bullshite in re the death penalty being "disgusting & sickening," when any normal person is revolted by heinous murders as well as the murderers themselves, not the well-deserved & justifiable punishment for it. People like you are so fricked up, you actually attempt to dismiss the bloody, gruesome FACTS of what these worthless individuals literally do to their victims as "emotion." You're so completely illogical & emotional that you'd rather your heart bleed for some imaginary, fabricated, non-existent 'victim' of a wrongful death sentence than the literal thousands of very real victims of homicidal violence; therefore, folks like you should be made aware of those very real victims of murder and the literal FACTS of their cases & horrendous deaths. No better way to get educated about murder than to see the actual, literal results of it in photos. ... To be totally anti-capital punishment because of the unproven, unsubstantiated, extremely improbable tiny chance, particularly tiny these days with DNA evidence, that one non-existent, imaginary, hypothetical person might receive that sentence mistakenly, therefore, be absolutely willing to allow the many, many thousands of proven-beyond-a-shadow-of-a-doubt existing cold blooded murderers to escape that deserved & justified punishment, who literally made the choice to violently extinguish others' lives, is about as a-logical as can possibly be & the epitome of "emotional" bleeding heart, not to mention delusional. ... But no matter, capital punishment is here to stay in most states, particularly the southern ones, as it absolutely should be. And without a doubt, the 8 in Arkansas, including the 2 fatass murdering pieces of shite who temporarily dodged their inevitable fates due to some libtard federal Obama appointee judge, will get the justice they deserve & that they were originally sentenced to. It might not be this week, but it will be. Count on it.
What a ridiculous melt. Did you have an aneurysm while writing that?
It looks like you're mistaking my stance on the death penalty for some sort of soft spot for the perpetrators of the crimes. I don't think anything I've posted would lead you to that conclusion.
What I do know is that there have been no fewer than 158 individuals who were at one point sentenced to die, who had their convictions overturned or their cases dismissed. That's not an emotional, bleeding heart, illogical response. That's a cold hard fact. And that is not only disgusting to consider, it's straight up mind boggling.
But please, rage on, and tell me more about my illogical stance in the face of facts.
ETA: Read up on a guy named Rodricus Crawford, who was exonerated from death row and had his charges dismissed THIS MONTH in the state of Louisiana. Convicted in 2012.
Don't give me bullshite about DNA, when there are corrupt PEOPLE (in positions authority, no less) who are willing to lie and manipulate to put someone behind bars.

I just felt the need to re-quote this bit of lunacy.

Orly? ...
quote:
quote: The death penalty is disgusting enough. The fact that the state is trying to install an express lane due to their own lack of preparation is sickening.
Your "soft spot" for the perps is rather obvious & evident from that emotionally dramatic statement - glaringly so, as a matter of fact. ... Most logical people don't feel so "sickened" or "disgusted" at the thought of a proven murderer getting stuck with a couple of needles & peacefully passing out; normally, those feelings are attributed to the heinous, terrorizing act(s) of homicidal violence perpetrated on an innocent victim courtesy of the murderer who is getting off easy in re his manner of death which he certainly did not grant to his victim(s).

What I do know is that there have been no fewer than 158 individuals who were at one point sentenced to die, who had their convictions overturned or their cases dismissed.
Therefore, they were not executed. Obviously, the system worked. And ???

Seriously?

Your stance is not only illogical; it is absolutely a-logical -- devoid of any logic at all. That is a fact. ... (See comments above)
quote:
ETA: Read up on a guy named Rodricus Crawford, who was exonerated from death row and had his charges dismissed THIS MONTH in the state of Louisiana. Convicted in 2012
And yet, you're "disgusted," correct? Again, absolutely a-logical. It simply is not reasonable for one to be "disgusted & sickened" when the justice system works in favor of the truth, so what exactly are you "disgusted & sickened" about??? Completely unreasonable.
Rodricus Crawford is out of prison because of new evidence, largely based on medical & scientific information, so the LA Supreme Court granted a new trial; it did NOT proclaim this person's innocence. The prosecutor has opted not to re-try him, rightly so, because the new evidence provides another logical & reasonable possibility for the baby's death besides homicide, but neither the prosecution nor the coroner have changed their opinion of the death being a homicide or of this man's guilt, only that with the new evidence, they cannot rule out other reasonable explanations.
quote:
"Prosecutors said the decision not to bring charges again was based on an extensive review of the case and new evidence which raised questions about the degree of pneumonia together with bacteria in the child’s blood.
“While the coroner and this office stand by the determination that a homicide occurred the State has the burden of proving all elements of a crime beyond a reasonable doubt. In this circumstantial evidence case, the State must also exclude every reasonable hypothesis of any other crime or innocence factors. Therein lies the problem,” the statement said".
So, what's your point? Again, the system worked, yet you're "disgusted." A-logical.
quote:
Don't give me bull shite about DNA, when there are corrupt PEOPLE (in positions authority, no less) who are willing to lie and manipulate to put someone behind bars.
And there it is ... Completely unreasonable, unrealistic, a-logical "thought," based on "feelings," emotion, fallacies, & utter bullshite. No point in continuing since I don't make it a practice to "discuss" anything with beyond ignorant, a-logical conspiracy theorists who ludicrously & absurdly contend that law enforcement, DAs/prosecutors, judges, coroners, medical examiners, CSI personnel, lab technicians, etc, etc, etc, all band together for the sole purpose of framing innocent people of murder even though that would put every one of those people's professional lives as well as their literal lives in jeopardy, not to mention that would mean every one of them are just fine with the fact that the real perpetrator would be freely walking around in society & would never be prosecuted. bullshite. THAT. IS. ...
You're not simply opposed to capital punishment; you're opposed to any form of criminal justice system and/or law enforcement whatsoever. Wish I would've read this last load of shite of yours first, but at least I'll know to skip over your BS from now on. Why don't you run along; I'm sure there's some 'protest'/riot you're missing somewhere.

Just wanted to remind you, while you're melting, that this is what you posted:
And in the face of 158 cases that show the lunacy of that statement, you back pedal and post some drivel, over and over and over, about how the system worked.
No, the system quite clearly did not work. Innocent people were sentenced to die by the government. How many innocent people have actually been killed? There have been at least 8 documented cases of wrongful executions that we know of.
Disgusting.

Didn't work. Both got put down last night.

Like a super sized potato wedge. A true potato log is pretty damn big. About half a potato, with the same potato wedge triangular cut and deep fried like a potato wedge. Never had one, but seen them in convenient stores.

Smart idea to do it after Easter. We don't want to risk any of these dudes rising up after a few days.

I guess they were not too fat after all to execute.
