This man speaks the truth. Former military here who has visited Cartegena, Colombia numerous times. They would have "tour guides" who would show us where the action would be. You rent the hotel room and they bring the action to the lobby for you to choose from. Finest women you ever seen and it was $25-50 (price vary by looks lol) at the time. Which was high for that time but that was in 1998-99.

Only way you can do it is with 2-3 friends book a room and take turns on the bed.bsonu actually have money to go have some fun. I recommend Key West, south beach, ft Lauderdale.
Or even better save money by driving so no rental and no plane ticket gulf shores, Panama city.

Here’s the thing about cheap hotels...they attract cheap people. For $80/ night you should plan on one of the following to happen... 1) your vehicle gets broken into (2) you get robbed (3) 1 & 2 (4) paper thin walls (5) 24 straight hours of loud music (5) a drug overdose somewhere on the property (6) a bad mattress (7) combination of the above.
