19th JDC employee accused of falsifying drug tests.

I have a friend that got pinched with a couple of grams of blow.
I saw him a few weeks after his court appearance and asked how much it ended up costing him.
He said that his sentence was suspended on the condition that he seek counseling and report occasionally for drug testing.
When I questioned him about his frequent use of weed, he smiled and said he knew someone "in charge of the tests" that he could just "throw a few dollars to" and she would help him out.
