They should look at the father 1st. After some google searches you start to find some funny things.
1. The son dies in a car accident 2 years ago.
2. The son owns a diesel repair shop at an address that is listed for a business at the same address for an arrest in 08 for a parole violation under the same name as the father and son.
3. The father happens to be a mechanic for the county sheriff.
4. Daughter gets burned alive 2.5 years after his son dies in a "car accident"
Pops and the son were involved in some shady shite and this was a message to the father.
As that nasty whore Nancy Grace would say. Bank on it buddy.

Walking down the road on fire. I have no words. This doesn't seem like real life but something you would see in true detectives or a horror movie.

She was walking while totally engulfed in flames and could speak at the very end while burning to death
The only part of her body not burned was the bottom of her feet because she was walking on the road

Sorry, not. I'm not a naive person. Someone isn't just murdered like this for no reason. Not when there are so many dots to connect.
This isn't random. Her father works for the County. Her brother died in a car wreck 2.5 years ago. Her father is a mechanic and her brother owned a mechanic shop. I posted that her mom said she was going to get her car cleaned at 6:48 pm and go get something to eat. Easily could be two sketch balls that she knew who they were

People have a free will. No Christian anywhere would tell you god enjoys things like that. He can use the evil people do to bring about positive things but god does not enjoy or sanction things like this.
