What is your theory behind this?
I'll bite.
- Better Education
- Cold Weather
- More mixed-race poor neighborhoods
- Atlanta
- No gang presence (Not talking Cribs & Bloods, but street gangs. NOLA and BR can have different gangs 2 streets away from each other)
- Lower % of single parent families
- Mean income is 12K higher than BR or NOLA

I think SF had 52 this year and we have 838,000 people.
That property crime though...
That property crime though...

Well yeah, but most of the real killers have been priced out of SF. I'm sure they had quite a few in Richmond and Oakland.

The town I live in passed a law in 1982 that all head of households must own a firearm.

Probably, but I don't live in Richmond or Oakland.

Some dickhead broke in and stole my TV!
or
$3 million for a 1,400sq ft house!

Oh fun, another NOLA thread started by a hick who vomited up his two Hand Grenades one time.

Why would the bolded matter?

The amount of murders in NOLA is alarming especially since their entire economy is built around tourism. Mitch needs to come up with a better plan instead of holding fund raisers for Hillary.
Extradition is a slow process. NOLA will be the next Nashville by the time I'm dead.

There were over 400 murders a year in Nola back in the 90's. Huge progress has been made, obviously. Nola real estate is on fire. Awesome time for Orleans parish.
There was this thing called Katrina that flushed alot of shite out DA.

A poor, black or predominantly black, neighborhood will have more violence than one with a more even racial makeup. Of course you can change "black" to any race and get the same result, but for this answer I used black.(That's the case in the south at least)

It's much safer than new Orleans so I too am curious wtf he's talking about. Maybe he meant Memphis?

I can't see NOLA being the home for country music

What 3 douchers downvoted this post?! Do you have a reason to dislike low crime rates?
