Well, you are an idiot. He saw someone using a deadly weapon, responded to that threat, and ended a potential life-threatening incident. That's textbook. If he hesitates, a person's life is in danger. His job is to protect that life.

There was a stabbing of a 15-year-old girl in a Lake Charles Walmart a while back by girls ranging from 12 to 14. I bet her parents wish this cop was around to protect their daughter.
