This sounds like something every high school kid has done for the last 50 years

Give the kid a fine and make him pick up trash on the street for like 200 hours. I don't see the sense in dinging the kids permanent record with a felony.

Maybe he was arrested for something that could result in a felony but police don't charge you with anything. I doubt a prosecutor would tag a juvenile as a felon because of a drinking party where no property or life was harmed.

I know but I hate if they charge him with Burglary or something at arrest and it shows up on his NCIC.

The devil's brew has got it's hooks in our children!

After the exorcism they need to be locked in a church till they renounce their sins!

Harder to get up there these days.

They could pick a parking lot somewhere like we used to when we ran out of options

:cough: Dunham parking lot :cough:

I remember driving into some farmer's pasture with about 100 others. He came out there with a 6 shooter and pretty much held us at gun point until cops arrived. Today that farmer would likely be jailed for false imprisonment lol. Cops made us dump the beer and sent us on our way. We left and went on to the next property we weren't allowed to be on. Glad I grew up before things got bad.

So, your friend wants some criminal charges, too, or is he just a pervert?

Usually* didn't get caught doing it

I believe my and AK's MIP total combined is 14

I've heard MIPs are serious AF these days. Sucks for this generation. Half of mine I didn't have to pour out my drink. It was a parking ticket.

This happened to us in HS once, a party got busted and they started pouring out everyone's beer (they did it themselves)

Me and my buddy had just showed up so we had an entire case (probably a 30 pack of keystone back in those days), and I guess they either got a call or got lazy because whenever they finally left we saw our comepletly full case of beer sitting on top of all the empty beer cans in the garbage

We took ours and went onto the next party while everyone else was shite outta luck
