They are in a vacant building in the middle of the forest. They could have as big of a March/sit-In/protest as they want and have essentially zero effect on anything.

Whose property was taken? It is undisputed that they started a fire which, at least accidentally, spread onto federal land.

What I got from it is it started over the Federal Prison Time given to two Brothers that burned 150 acres of Federal Land while burning the Federal Land they were leasing to graze cattle to destroy evidence of their Deer Poaching.
