Hyperbole aside, they aren't entirely wrong. And most of you here know it.

If this happened from 2017 to 2020 the media would have ran with this story 24/7.

That is a list of legends, some of those guys might have kids who are flag officers. Many were field grades in Vietnam and GOs in the 1990s.

Sad, because the bevy of Generals and Admirals are mostly pussies by comparison.

Well, yes. So have all of the last few presidents, but it’s extremely disingenuous to not specify the rate or quantity of EO’s. How many did Biden sign in the first month? nearly 40? try again

it really doesn't matter what party is in charge - the other party will be outraged.

the fact of the matter is - neither party has done overall shite for any of the little guys. they are in it for their own well being, and look out for the lobbyists - we the people do not matter.
I don't understand how anyone can really buy into either party. Vote for an R or a D, fine, but going full retard on either party's platform is... well... retarded. Neither give a frick about this country and they agree on 90% of shite anyways and have no interest in solving the other 10% because wedge issues get mouth breathers to the polls.

Take abortion for example. It won't be settled... ever. Neither side is willing to give up their rabid anti/pro voters that vote primarily on that issue. Go ahead and apply that to every 'wedge' issue. It's just for show. But the same morons will go on protesting and debating forever while the country burns down around them.

Can't get mad when your "side" does it, too. Executive Order is a big problem for our country, and it has nothing at all to do with which party has control of the White House.

Trump signed 220 in 4 years compared to his predecessors who each had 8 years

Clinton 364
Bush 291
Obama 270

If you wanna bash the process you gotta be consistent.

This just falls under my “everyone loves their dictator” theory.

I do think he won and the election was stolen

I don't necessarily agree, but I fully understand the lack of trust and high level of skepticism with the 2020 election methods around mail in ballots, the lack of identity validation, and inconsistent candidate performance between swing states and nearby solidly red or blue states. This looks suspicious to say the least.

Even if the level of fraud wasn't enough to actually change national election results, the lack of public trust in the process is a massive problem for the republic. People get desperate and things can get dangerous when a huge part of the country believes that our electoral process is rigged. Especially when public trust in our major institutions (Police, Justice System, FBI, Intelligence Community, Mainstream Media, Academia, Big Tech, US Congress, Wall Street, etc.) is already at historically low levels.

Between Antifa and BLM that riot/protest in our cities and the Trump supporters that marched at the capital, I don't think there's a rational argument that there isn't a significant level of anger out there around the state of our government and our country. At some point all of those siloed groups are going to figure out that they actually are on the same side of a lot of issues...and without their monthly dose of media outrage and wedge issue cultivation, they'd realize where the real problem is.

What they don't tell you when you sign up for the Navy is that the dude wearing this outfit NEVER looks this good and your day to wear it is Thursday.

124 former military generals & admirals

Wow! 124 retired veteran officers say the election was stolen and we are headed for socialism? And most of them have not served in decades...cool story!

Is 200 more than 124?

This is why I've mostly abandoned following politics. I just can't take the blatant hypocrisy anymore. I find it difficult to flip-flop my values and 'beliefs' every 4-8 years depending on who is in charge.

Thanks for pointing this out. I've railed about this to my family for years. The problem with a president acting like a king is that in 4 or 8 years you'll end up with a president you don't agree with acting like a king again. The cycle has to stop somewhere. I was hoping that the left would realize this with Trump. As soon as Trump got in to office the right forgot that they didn't like EOs. As soon as Biden got in to office the left forgot that they didn't like EOs.

Bro, are you not aware that all Executive Orders are not alike in type or impact?

Every time the POTUS makes a change in the executive branch and issues an EO, is not the same as bypassing Congress or usurping their role.

Furthermore, EO’s are just one type of abuse of power of the POTUS.

Please stop acting like you’re making a sophisticated point. You’re not.

You are, in fact, repeating a lie of demagogues who use half-truths to cloud real truth.

I didn’t Exactly see a well cited break down in the letter complaining about the 50 Joe signed.

Many of which were just to reverse EOs Trump signed. Which would make me think they have the exact same level of impact. Just the opposite effect
