What they are referring to is powder. That’s what I OD’d. People use it to cut heroin.
They also have Patches (mainly prescribed for cancer patients etc)
But what’s killing everyone is the stuff they are making over in China. It’s crazy

It says people were unknowingly using crack cocaine with this stuff laced in it. Why would a drug dealer spend the effort/money to do this? Or is it to just be an a-hole

CDC states that it can be used to "contaminate water."
From the link, I also didn't realize fentanyl was what killed all of those hostages during that Russian theater standoff years ago. Did the Russians actually weaponize the stuff?

It's used to make stronger batches of heroin. It's cheap and doesn't take much to make a huge difference. More profit.
