As far as I can recall, 1 kilo = 2.2 lbs. 110 pounds is roughly 50 kilos.

2 mg of fentanyl will kill more than 1 person. Dosing in fentanyl is in micrograms (1/1000 of a gram). 2 mg of fentanyl is equal to 2000 milligrams. A whole lot of death.
