10,000 Push up Challenge (June 1-30)

I know the OT did this last year. I figured June would be good month to do it, starts on a Monday and is 30 days. Anyone want to join in on the fun?
Its averages out to about 334 push ups a day which isn't bad if we can stick to it every day. I plan on breaking it down to 50-100 push ups at a time throughout my day (Morning, Noon, Before Work {3 pm}, and Evenings while I'm at work).
Excel Progress Tracker
I put a link for you to track your progress. Let me know if it works! Thanks.
I am thinking of doing a weekly results update, if you want to send a short write up on the way you are doing your daily pushups and any noticeable changes/ increases during the week you can send them to me at pmedic1310@gmail.com
If You'd like to do a daily tracker start a post (Or edit your first post on here with your daily updates and Ill add your name to the OP with the Page that your updates are on so posters can easily find them. (email me if you do this)
Emailed Stats:
mostbesttigerfanever: 340 pushups on 6/1/15
GeauxTigers6492: In this first week I am at 1700 Push ups. I am behind a few hundred from where I would like to be but I have noticed I am able to do more push ups per rep so hopefully I can keep improving and catch up.

Been doing 4 sets a day of 70-120. Just depends on time and what is going on that day.

Has the OT discussed the " Hold A Coke In Your Boobs Challenge" yet?
It is a spinoff of the ice bucket challenge designed to promote awareness for breast cancer. I would link but the link has a rule breaking video attached.

That was a fun challenge.
Unfortunately, I have a broken hand now, so will only do 5,000 one-armed pushups if that is OK.
Seriously, once I am healed up I am thinking of a different challenge:
10,000 - Pushups
1,000 - Pullups
100 - Miles
Who is in for that one?

This didn't go well for me last year. I could maybe do 1000

100 miles is way too easy. Needs to be 50/week to be challenging.

334 per day. Seems doable except for the daily massive pain part.
Eta: I'm in. Can't achieve without trying!
Good luck to us all!

This sounds like an awful way to ruin your shoulders.
Doing 300+ push-ups a day for 30 days sounds idiotic.

I did this in December with some coworker. I made it to around 9000 and my shoulder pretty much gave out. I was surprised how many I could bust out everyday after a week or so.
