Simultaneous Death by Orgasm
A young Japanese couple named Hiroto and Sakura have been married for seven years and are very much in love with each other. However, they have never engaged in sexual activity, as both are too nervous to do so. One day, the two finally decide to set their anxieties aside and consummate their marriage. That evening, Hiroto returns home back from work, and the two take a drink of some plum wine. Gaining courage from consuming the alcohol, the couple take it to the bedroom. My favorite was the one about the guy who tied a sausage around his thigh so that it would show under his pants and make it look like his dick hung down his leg and it cut off his circulation and caused a blood clot which killed him. IIRC, he went out to a club and came home and passed out with it still tied to his leg.

I always liked the guy who went to see his mistress, took an ED pill, took care of business. Came home, had sex with his wife, then died that night cause she slipped him an ED pill without knowing he already had one earlier

My paternal grandfather served in WWII, Korea, and Vietnam, then died of a heart attack during sex with a mistress.

I loved the one where the guy got pulled in half and was still alive but they sent 2 ambulances one for his top half and one for bottom they went to the different hospitals so he died
