Were any of them former athletes from a Lake Charles area high school?

None of them look like it's their debut at this kind of thing.

If you have an opiate tolerance you’re not gonna feel it. You just pray you didn’t take it too early (in which case you would feel it but in the worst imaginable way possible).

So if it blocks opiates how does an addict get high from it? I'm sorry if I sound like an idiot but I'm just confused.

It’s a mixture of two drugs.

One part is an opioid derivative. It produces the same effects as other opioids, but it is chemically different, a little milder, and safer than other opiates.

The other part of Suboxone is essentially Narcan. It blocks the effects of all other opioids. So, mixing Suboxone with other opioids will have very little effect

The buprenorphine (active ingredient in it) is absolutely a blocker too. When taking the strips as intended your body doesn’t absorb the naloxone (the second part you were talking about), it’s just put in there so people don’t shoot it.

Buprenorphine is a partial opioid agonist with a very high affinity for binding to your receptors. If taken too early it kicks off all of the heroin etc bound and can send you into precipitated withdrawals which is absolute hell.

I don't understand the chemistry involved, but when I would be detoxing and couldn't find pills, I would buy Suboxone.

The best way I can describe it is a feeling of being restored.
