The detectives of the OT told me that this wasn't local and likely had some cartel ties, I believe MS-13 was even mentioned.
Surely, Josh and Joseph have been mistakenly arrested.

I know of a guy who got taken out by the cartel that way a few years ago and a black guy was arrested. One of those kill him or we kill you kinda deals.

Joseph Sylvester and the female victim are friends on Facebook. His Facebook is about what you would expect. Female victim worked at Subway near my office. Saw her working there at least 3 times a month. Very pretty girl. So sad.

Other suspect was charged with sexual assault. Sounds to me like someone must've fessed up to hit him with that charge.
