% of just trashy people?

Watching the news interview locals, listening to the callers on the radio, and seeing the local fauna in gas stations just deflates me. It's just one garbage, apparently uneducated, tatted up citizen after another. Even in the alleged high-brow enclave of Mandeville it's 50+%.
I'm tired of the storms and considering moving, but I saw and heard the same thing during the 5 days I just spent in Houston.
Is it like this everywhere? If so, that's sad.

It’s the cities and suburbs. They turn people into hollow, libtard, tatted-up shells. Nobody gets a decent education bc they are scared the curriculum may be too hard for some people. Common sense is nonexistent.

Well off people can be just as trashy. The last major sporting event I went to, my wife and I sat behind three couples that were the definition of trashy. All appeared to be well off financially and in their late 40's / early 50's. Came in already buzzed and proceeded to get trashed all through the game. They were obviously swingers and kept hugging and kissing on each other's spouses and touching their boobs. Stood up or kept moving seats during most of the game. In addition to the large volumes of alcohol, they kept pulling out little white packets out of a small container and putting them under each other's tongues. I don't see how they were functioning by the fourth quarter. The were sweating profusely and one of them was extremely red faced. I figured the women were going to either start making out or the red faced one was going to drop dead from a heart attack any minute. When one of them leaned way back and almost knocked my wife's drink out of the cup holder, she finally yelled at them. You would think that with tickets costing $250 that only people that wanted to actually watch the game would show up.

Income or wealth has nothing to do with being trash, and nothing in the OP suggests that. A couple years ago someone in the most expensive gated neighborhood in Mandeville pulled a gun on high school girls toilet papering a house. Trash is trash regardless of what's in the bank.
We just appear to have a higher percentage in our population. Or do we? Is it this bad everywhere?
