That's the point, he'll get sacks. Our pass rush is anemic (28th in the league) and we let yet another promising pass rusher out the door.

Honestly we derailed Baun’s career. We were infatuated with finding a Jamie Collin’s type player that was a 3-4 pass rushing outside linebacker that was versatile enough to play as an off the ball 4-3 lb that we can send on blitzes to increase pass rush pressure. It didn’t work with Baun with the saints.

If Baun had been extended, this board woulda exploded... what a dumb arse move by loomis. Baun leaves, what a DA move by loomis. God, this board deserves the season that's in store for the saints and lsu. And yes, I know state will suck... we always do
