You know who’s going to sleep tonight with a big smile? Sean Payton
Big time leverage.
Big time leverage.

Sean Payton couldnt win with Jameis playing QB
Never try to argue with me about this team again. Payton was 5-2 with Winston starting and 0 NFL receivers.

If Sean wanted to come back I’d do it today!

Should of hired Doug Pederson. He's a geeat motivator and play caller.

It would force him to come back or stay retired
Can’t force a trade to another team when you’re contracted to be the Saints head coach and the Saints have a opening. The gambit he’s pulling only works if the Saints job is filled.

You realize that's the worse answer ever right?
I asked why it would force him and you responded

I literally explained why, you also keep leaving out the “or stay retired” part from some reason.
Even if he openly admitted he wants to coach just not in New Orleans, the franchise at least gets leverage back in the compensation negotiations.

DA should have never been hired to begin with. Should have gone outside of the circle and get a fresh start.
Promoting from within rarely works. DA seems overwhelmed by the job.

I don’t think he wants to return to New Orleans. He will want a new start.

Keep his entire coaching staff and just promote the DC who has failed before as a Head Coach.
Exactly. Loomis and Gayle panicked.

We should have hired an offensive head coach. This offense is no existent. Jameis is trash should have never been signed here. Pete Carmichael isn't an OC. He was just Payton's gopher and now I see why he didn't want the job. Because he knew he was gonna get exposed and he did. This team is uninterested with Allen as coach.
