OF COURSE YOU TRADE FOR JOE BURROW.

This, obviously. I do appreciate the rest of you dummies outing yourselves for future reference.

If our QB was Phillip Rivers (today) the answer would be no.

I like Burrow but paying a QB 55M handcuffs the rest of your team.

No it’s not. We last in dead money on the cap, and the teams there with us will have 100 million in cap space. We still at the bottom. It may look like we have space but that’s b/c Loomis hasn’t extended players and pushed more into the future.

You would have to be an idiot to say no if we can get him for cheap. Get him to a warm weather environment, dome stadium and weak division would be major pluses for him and us.

Saying Burrow isn’t top-tier because of injuries is a weak arse argument.

I said he wasn't the best. He's somewhere in the 5-8 range but id still prefer a reliable qb

Honestly. I love Burrow. Generational talent. He can’t and will not stay healthy.

So I wouldn’t trade what it takes to get him.

Shuck gets us out of hell if he works out (looking good)

You would have to give up most of your high draft capital for at least 3 years plus getting saddled with that huge contract for an albeit very good but a (and don't get me wrong, a guy I really like) but a QB that also has been injured a lot in his career.

What position would he play for the Saints?

I could see Loomis trying him out at Wide Receiver.

Cheap for him and I don’t know what that price is to be honest with you.

[quote]Burrow is not arguably the best QB. The best QBs dont get injured every year. The best ability is availability and he is a soft little injury prone qb that throws up jump balls and gets bailed out by elite WRs. Take ur 2019 yellow and purple glasses off.

this post and then your other post saying hes garbage is the reason why everyone thinks this board is full of fricking idiots.

everytime I come to this board i read one thread and am reminded of how stupid it is and leave.

Come on now, Shough was Herberts backup in college. He is old for a rookie.
