Hopefully Jameis is actually healthy this time. Still cant believe they were playing a guy with 4 fractures in his back.

Higgins and Chase about to shred us. Only hope is that the Bengals line is still trash.

Looking at his initial reaction, if he didn't have ataxia signs, I think he could have come back in

Apparently "at practice" was simply being there for olave. He's listed as DNP

I'm pretty sure back fractures don't heal in a week, and probably not at all if your a QB in the NFL and continue to play.

I'm skeptical of the whole back fracture narrative.

In what sense? It really does us no good in the long run to make up an excuse for winston. If he is truely just bad the best thing we can do is move on.

I have an issue with a team playing a guy who is truely hurt and then shitting on said guy because the team is dumb enough to play a guy with a bad back. He clearly wasnt right after coming out from the tent in the ATL game. We dont need another year of "what ifs" with Jameis. Get him healthy so we can eliminate any of the questions with him

Saints QB Jameis Winston was back participating in portion of Wednesday practice open to media. I assume he was limited, but a positive step

Chris Olave also present for stretch before working off to side

No Michael Thomas, Jarvis Landry, Marshon Lattimore, R.Ramczyk, P.Turner

Chris Olave is in the third stage of the concussion protocol and hasn’t experienced any additional symptoms, I’m told. The third stage is football-specific exercise. Non-contact training drills and full activity are next if he has no further symptoms

I’m glad I’m not the only one that thought that was BS.

I'm not doctor but I see a lot of them.

I have a really hard time believe that a doctor (team doctor) would say to a guy with multiple back fractures that "yea, it's ok go out and let 300+ pound guys throw you around and slam you to the ground. It'll be fine."

In this day and age with lawsuits against the NFL and teams due to medical reasons I just feel that might be just a little incompetent.

But hey, the Saints medical staff has been pretty questionable for years so they might just have said that.

No landry, Thomas, or Lattimore again today. I felt alright about this week, but that's over. Bengals -1.5 is a damn gift from the gods
