message boards around here =/= 90% of LSU and Louisiana fans

Nobody cares if you follow them or not. He kept and promoted a coach under contract bc he knew he was about to lose several coaches including possibly a DC. Maybe if LSU didn't have an incompetent Head Coach it wouldn't be so important to hire coordinators to run the team.

So yall dont think with Sean blocking Aaron Glenn and now Nielson from advancing their careers as coordinators and having to stay position coaches will make future position coaches hesitant of coaching for the saints compared to other nfl teams? Remember, this same dumbass coach told Joe Brady he was ruining his career by leaving his 40k getting coffee for the coaches career to taking LSU OC job a year prior to this. Coaches that have multiple offers are going to stay away from saints because of Sean blocking multiple assistants from advancing their careers. If yall take off your black and gold sunglasses, yall would see it too.
Imagine being so stupid to actually think this...... it just hurts. How can one come up with this conclusion with the amount of promotions and hirings happening right now in the Saints organization? Just some of the new opportunities for current Saints staffers so for: new GM, new head coach, new DC ..... but to think coaches wouldn’t want to be apart of the organization? Wowzer, what an awful take.

I agree. LSU comes first; they will always be here. Benson was within a eye lash of moving the Saints franchise after hurricane Katrina.
I never forgot that.
I never forgot that.

show. After Sean little hissy fit yesterday, I will not watch another game. Frick that guy.
You’re shown him. Way to stick it to him badass.

He blows too many big games to get away with trading multiple draft picks to keep Carolina from getting Tommy Stevens. With the amount of talent he has had since 2009 and only have one championship to show for it is embarrassing.
At least he knows how to hire assistant coaches. Sorry your shrimp boat captain can’t do his job as effectively.

90% of LSU and Louisiana fans are done with Sean after this shite. The crap this past offseason already had people on edge now this crap just shut off the rest of the state. Go read message boards around here, people can't stand Sean and are tired of his temper tantrums. Sean Payton's job is to ensure the best possible situation for the Saints on and off the field.
He felt he had a valuable asset in this particular coach and held him to the contract he signed.
Sean owes no favors to LSU.
What you should be pissed at is Ed dumbfrick Orgeron and his staff, claiming on multiple occasions that they have done a great job of research on this and were ready to get their guy.
4 weeks you had to make sure this was on the up and up.
4 weeks you had to contact Payton/Saints to let them know you were interested.
4 weeks you had to look at the most obvious components of hiring a coach with an existing job...his fricking contract.
And in those 4 weeks Ed and company managed to not only screw the pooch, but go in full hard without spitting on it first. This is ineptitude on the highest plain.

Saints are going to find out fans in Louisiana like LSU football more than the NFL when push comes to shove.

The saints are devastated about this. Rumor is they may not have a 2021 season knowing “fighting tigers 1” won’t be watching.

Because LSU didn’t do due diligence and Sean promoted his guy knowing he was about to lose a slew of couches, trolololol. STFU.
Right! So SP is not supposed to want to keep good coaches? Wtf

More like LSU fans are going to find out how much bigger the NFL is than college football. It's not even particularly close

No they aren't. You should be sucking Sean Payton off for sending you Joe Brady and Payton's offense so you could go 15-0.
