Michael Thomas and OJ Howard would be unreal but DE is still my direction.

So much value having a pass rusher on a rookie deal, and it's extremely hard to find a good one in FA.

Jared Cook hasn't been signed yet though

We trade a 2nd rounder for Butler and I am all for BPA at 11. That being said I like Fournette and Williams ahead of Howard. At pick 32 go BPA on the opposite side of the previous pick.

I really like Hoard as well. I wouldn't hate the pick, but I think most here would. The need for a pass rusher is real, unless we really think signing Okafor in FA solves the problem.

Signing Butler would def. eliminate the need to draft defense with 1st rd pick(s).

Bottom line is you are going to pick someone at #11. There will be a ton of good to great players on the board.

Because Jake Butt will be drafted by the Saints in the 3rd round!

No way. You have to go DE or LB with 11. Maybe pick a guy like David Njoku with 42 if he falls that far. But I have a feeling this staff goes with a guy like Adam Shaheen in the 3rd round.

really? you are going to rely on kikaha and okafor for pass rush? ellerbe at LB? our secondary? Have you not watched a game the last few years? we need a dominant defense. with all our past injuries and bust picks we need all the D players we can get.

let me guess you want a RB or QB in first round right? idiot

Most mock drafts have him going in the top 10-15 after he lit up Senior Bowl practices.

McShay has OJ Howard going top 5 and David Njoku going top-20 so our best TE available at 32 would be Engram, Everett, or Butt who will all probably be there at 42.

Was coming to say the same thing Leggett or Bucky Hodges.... 3 or 4th round..

After all Leggett (Clemson) scores a TD on 5 catches for 78 yards against the ALL DEfense of the former national champs. 15 yard roughly per catch...

Get some difference makers earlier on.....

Thomas DE at 11 / White CB at 32
