when the who dat chant begins after one of those rare kodak moments...I get chills down my spine. When we won that first playoff game and the chants began, I teared up. It may be cheesey, it may be outdated, but I love it just the same.

must say im getting hammered more on this than i expected-- but glad to get more than a few reponses i guess. again..no problem with "who dat!!" and "who dat" nation..its the whole who dat say they gonna bla bla bla bla,,,.its as old as the floridas states tomahawk chant..i wish for something better thats all. something the entire stadium could chant that would rock the roof off.--just my opinion guys,no need to castrate me.SAINTS ROLl!!

milton01...my feeling is who cares if we copy the steelers terrible towels tradition....the towels will be black and gold get it?--can you imagine 80,000 of those suckers waving around after we score td's---off the hook. so we would get ragged by their fans and the talking heads for awhile,,who cares?--what they have a trademark on the towel thing??

goatmilker.....lmao!!!! that was good..i about spit out my coke when i scanned down and saw debbie downer!!---but you see that was my point of starting the thread..i have been trying to think of something or hoping someone else had some ideas..if anything-- lets keep the "whodat" cheer when we are kicking arse..but something different when we are getting beat,or when we get a first down--or after a touch-down like ROLL SAINTS ROLL!! something short and sweet but something the crowd can get in "synce" on on rock the thunderdomes roof off.maybe thats why i love the college atmosphere..unique cheers and chants.

The odds are strong that easy won't even be in attendance if the Saints are ever 0-4. He most definitely would have thrown in the towel (no pun intended) by that point.

one thing i've learned after reading tigerdroppings for quite some time....and finally deciding to become a member after just a reader.....was this:
people take their football not just seriously, but super seriously. You say or suggest something a little out of whack, and you'll get burned for it.
Personally, it's tradition....and I hate breaking good traditions.
