I think until we find our guy that we almost are forced to draft one, even if it’s just a mid-late round pick. My two I think that have the tools to work in Moore’s offense are Jaxon Dart and Brady Cook. It would be nice if they were still available in the 4th round. Rattler should be getting his chance this year but instead Loomis is stubborn and wants Carr because of the bullshite contract he signed him to.

Taylor Elgersma from Canada. Big arm and athletic. Should be available in the later rounds

Carr is definitely better, but is he 30 million dollars better?

This is the weakest qb class in a long time. There is no dark horse. If anything they’re trying to make some of these guys something that they’re not. Outside of the top 3 guys nobody should be touched

No you aren't. This team needs a total talent overhaul. Wasting a pick on a qb is foolish. Roll with what you have at that position and help get cap under control.

Since 2010 the saints have drafted the below QBs.

Canfield 7th round
Grayson 3rd round
Stevens 7th round TE
Book 4th round
Haener 4th round
Rattler 5th round

I don't see how anyone can say this QB draft is weaker than any the saints have picked above.

I like McCord but his delivery is slow and that will be highlighted against NFL defenses. I like Dart and Cook because they are both willing runners as well as passers which Kellen obviously prefers.

None.

It’s almost always a complexly wasted pick to look for QBs this way.

A healthy Carr is better than half the starting QBs in the league, especially as a passer. Doesn't mean you should tie your wagon to him for the next few years. He's a dead end for the Saints. He could be a Stafford (win now) for the right team.
