I don’t have the impression that Carr is a bad guy. Every player wants the best deal he can get…

Tom Benson?

Now you know most of the plebs forgot and forgave him because he danced with an umbrella and 'won' a superbowl.....

Only simple people like you dwell on things like this. The negative group think on this board is amazing. A couple of people start a theme and the sheeple pile on. Carr has made more major contributions to victories than poor play that was a significant factor in games lost.

I had a lot of hate for Jason David, but he didn't cost nearly as much.

Damn, I’m getting old.

Carr is way better than guys like Kerry Collins. Collins was traded to New Orleans and absolutely loathed his time here and didn’t care. He was smoking cigars in the locker room after losses in the Dome. And the sad thing was, we were in QB hell and he was a talented QB that could have been good if he gave a sh¡t. He left after that season, went to NYG and a Super Bowl a year or two later. Screw that guy!!!

At the time Collins was a drunk spiraling out of control. Getting cut by a division rival should've been a flashing red sign but Ditka was a moron. Collins wasn't actually good so he wouldn't have done anything here, especially under Ditka.

I can remember games where receivers would get the dropsies with Carr. Not cool.

Carr took the job at a bad time for him and the Saints.....he's a good guy and a decent QB.....let it go.

No, he didn’t. Thomas was sucking Carr off on twitter when we got him. He was upset when he remembered Carr was white.

Carr is a foggy character figure. He talks a good game, and I guess has enough moments in today's NFL that he has any sort of "camp".

but the man is a phony.

He doesn't want to play here anymore. His actions prove that.

You cannot have a turd in the punch bowl first of all but his type of texture of a turd is outstanding.

The Raiders let him go and then Loomis teamed up with a former fired head coach to bring him here.

I'm not saying that things will improve immediately without Carr, but the Saints would keep lying to themselves by keeping someone like him around.
