When do you predict the Saints will start dominating the league again?

We were a horrible franchise our entire history until we got Drew Brees and Sean Payton, as soon as both left we went straight to mediocre.
The architect of our mediocrity is effectively the owner.
Things can change quickly in the NFL, but until we have major changes structurally I don't see us "dominating" anything

Hot conspiracy take. We weren’t supposed to beat Manning in the SB, and Goodell has had the Saints in his cross hairs since. So, never as long as Goodell is tied to the league.

You need a great coach and qb to dominate the league. Since we have neither there is no way to tell other than it won’t be for the next few at minimum.
