Been on the waiting list since 2007. Checked last year to see what number I was. Could only find out that I was still on the list. Got email yesterday saying my number was up. Called and found that not only that it was a mistake; I was no longer on the list. Was told I have to re-sign up. Now I LOVE my Saints, but this is some Bull Feces!!! Horrible Business Practices.

I called about a dozen times. Finally got through...got 2 tickets in section 122.

I got the first emails about my number being up, but not the second saying it was an error. Does that mean I’m good to get tickets? I didn’t remember being on the wait list, but could be wrong.

They Called me. It was a robo call -- press 1 to speak to a rep. Pressed 1 and got the tix. But again, I've been on the list since '06.

Just bought two tickets. Been on waiting list since 06.
Got a recorded call from the Saints number. Press 2 to speak to Rep. Took about 15 mins on hold.
But I got them.

This thread tells me there were a ton of non-renewals after last season and calls into question the existence of the wait list.

I don't know about "a ton" but I'm sure people are starting to fall off the bandwagon.

I got the call too had to settle for terrace corner singles. Hoping to upgrade next year
