I remember that Cleveland game. That was the one where Ditka was rolling on the floor in agony at the Tim Couch bomb!!

The Raiders game in 1991. Monday Night football. The most memorable thing about the game for 7 year old me was that it was the one they brought out Seth “Cha Ching Guy” Green at halftime.

October 14, 1984. Rams at Saints. First game for Earl Campbell in a Saints uniform. Saints lost 28-10.

1978 at the dome against the Giants. Neither teams were very good but Archie Manning, WesChandler and Co. bested the Giants that day. What I remember most was a group of us teenagers from our Catholic Church group were sitting in the mezzanine section. Larry Csonka was at the end of his career and was having a bad day. He went to the sideline and was standing by himself with his helmet on when someone threw a paper airplane from the nosebleed Terrace section and we watched it sail in what seemed like slow motion as it went downward toward the field and the nose of the plane stuck in his right side ear hole. A one in a million shot! Lol. Old Larry grabbed it and crunched it in disgust as he tossed it and we all died laughing.

Mine was Saints vs Raiders on 11/19/00. Went with my dad, my uncle, and my cousin. It was the game that Jeff Blake got injured in. We lost, but we had pretty good tickets (around the 40 yard line probably 20ish rows up) and I remember being in awe of how large the players were.

i remember watching the news the week after the game and ditka had the team run the same play in practice and the defense gave up the TD again. supposedly ditka lost his mind
