We really need a healthy Ted Ginn back.

Say what you will about his hands, but we desperately need a veteran WR that can get separation. It became pretty apparent vs Dallas that after Thomas, there are ways to neutralize our inexperience at the position.

I'll be glad to have him back.

Either he or TLL is needed to take the top off of defenses. I’m not sure he’s separating that much on short routes. But neither Kirkwood or Carr scare safeties about being beat deep.

Realistically, I want someone to fix the return game. We don’t need Kamara returning punts. It’s too much.

Truer words have never been typed. I get super nervous every time hes back there. He is a tremendous athlete but the Saints cant afford to have him hurt.

I'd like to see Kamara more lined up as a receiver with Ingram in single back sets. More of AK in motion, too. Make the defense think and worry about #41 to free up other guys.

Same here. Having him come across from the slot and fake the jet sweep action really freezes linebackers and opens space for Ingram’a runs between the tackles. Seems like we really got away from that last game.

Been saying we need a speed guy and are missing that piece, then some idiot posts TS 4.49 40 time and act like we have a speed demon on our hands.

Have they ever given us a time table for his return?

He can be activated week 15 so the first Carolina game is the earliest.

When he does this do they put a corner or safety on him or is it a linebacker? If it is a linebacker then why doesn't AK41 just run a go route? Either you pick someone who is big enough to tackle him but not fast enough to keep up with him or a fast guy who can be bulldozed. He has a unique ability to do both.

Ginn & TLL both scare me on punt returns. The only thing that doesn't scare me on punt returns is when Kamara calls for a fair catch. Everything else pretty much sucks.

Punt Returner should be 1 of our main focuses this upcoming off-season. Thankfully, this position can be solidified for pretty cheap. Resonable F.A. contract or mid-late round draft pick.

I actually want Ginn back on the active roster though. His presence makes the defense account for him & be more careful. He's also always been very good on end arounds for us. He's not great at WR screens, but he's at least average.

I think Ginn has already played his last game as a Saint!

Not saying you're wrong, but why would you think that?

Just curious, did they ever say or allude to whom the second returnee from IR is or will be? I saw Ginn but was wondering about someone like Leribeus or Robinson Thanks

Unfortunately, Patrick Robinson won't be ready to play until next season. He would be the no brainer.

Most people are assuming that Ginn (eligible for week 15) will be the 2nd IR-to Return. Not sure if LeRibeus will even be healthy enough to return, but I think he's eligible to return for the Steelers game (week 16).

Those are the only 2 guys that are even candidates for the 2nd returnee from IR imo.
