You can see that as the hummer is rolling up there are no cars in view and no need to stop as quick as he did. There may have been cars up the street but not one car is in view as he pulls into the camera view. No one immediately procedded him in the video.

there is a lot of truth to this
that 2nd angle of the red light on magazine is damning.
but frick man. why does hayes have to follow him and ram his car? this all could of been avoided for so many reasons. including smith not leaving the first accident.

The why in all of this defies any logic to those in society that don't act like this to settle disputes.
This is a societal problem that is predominatlty in the African American community specifically young men. They value material possessions over their own or anyone else's life. No amount of money thrown at this problem will solve it- see the hundreds of millions of dollars that have been sent to demolish the projects for nicer building and schools. The only solution is for the community as a whole to change their ways. Specifically, instill the family unit (too many kids out of wedlock); place education over coolness; instill hard work as a virtue. Until then stuff like this will happen. Occasionally it will creep into the areas that generally don't see this type of thing and directly effect someone that the city has a tie to.

I didnt know they had posted the video or I would have posted it. I never checked WWL. I only went of Gillen's word that there was indeed video of the cars stopped. That's all I needed
