Been thinking about this since last week really. We can't afford to win more than two games the rest of the season and with Carr definitely coming back later I just have a feeling we will win 3 or 4 more and fricking destroy our draft position yet again and be in the 7 to 11 range when it could be top 3. Panthers, Patriots, Saints, and Browns are the worst teams in the NFL followed by the Jaguars and Titans.

I think it is inevitable and would yet again delay starting this much needed surgery on this organization. I mean Bill Walsh/Belichick/Noll aka Dennis Allen would then save his job because of injuries and Mickey can continue to gaslight the fanbase. I don't wish injury upon anyone but if Derek Carr is out for a few months and we roll with Haener and Rattler there still may be hope. fricking sick of the cap situation and this front office. Eat this season and reset.

Remaining Games

A Chargers
A Panthers
H Falcons
H Browns
Bye
H Rams
A Giants
H Commanders
A Packers
H Raiders
A Buccaneers

Maybe they are terrible and will lose out and we can waste a top ten pick instead

With the OL and defense playing like it did last night, we might win 2-3 more.

No doubt we will reach and draft a 4th round grade OL from Southeastern Montana State but got damn is the draft the only source of any joy and hope at the moment.

Panthers
Browns
Raiders

Only wins I see. Dalton could beat us though.

That’s my assessment. 5 total wins.

Even with Carr, I see 3 wins at most from that list. Defense getting worse and injuries keep stacking up. No desire to play football from anyone left.

There is not a doubt in my mind that we will get healthier on Offense and win a couple of games to frick our draft position. Not a single doubt in my mind

We will but if the Dr keeps giving up 200+ rushing yards a game it may not matter.

Unless he can play OL don't worry.

No O-Line to protect him, no one to throw to, and defenders can't tackle.

It's not gonna matter who's behind center this season.

Ruiz will likely be back next week, and McCoy will be back with 6-7 games left. Olave is not a long term injury and it looks like Taysom may be back in the next week or two.

The offense will be a lot healthier when Carr finally comes back and they will stupidly win some games

Carr Will definitely end up playing better when the moment's not too big.

Loomis will give DA a chance to coach until "the team is healthy". At that point they will win a game or 3 they shouldn't and that will be proof that Carr and Allen are the right QB and HC.

Rinse, repeat

As of now we have upset the Commanders and save Dennis Allen in a meaningless game written all over us

Eh. I doubt this. Will the offense look better? Sure. But the OL was already pretty bad without McCoy. I don’t think adding Ruiz helps that much. Olave is going to be doubled the rest of the year with no Shaheed. I doubt Taysom is going to be in a rush to come back with a rib injury. We can’t run the ball anymore and I doubt there’s going to be much that changes that even with McCoy back - if he comes back at all.

And the defense is way worse than last year. And it’s not like we’re missing a ton of starters on D. And now Lattimore is hurt again. We’ll probably beat the Panthers and Raiders but that’s about it. I also think it’s a really stupid fricking take to think a pick in the 6-9 range wouldn’t be valuable just because it’s not a top 3 pick. fricking horrible take

Again, this might have happened last year but you and everyone else underestimate just how bad our defense is. We gave up 33 to fricking Bo Nix. And gave up 50+ to the Bucs. And we just lost our top two corners

I don’t care how healthy the offense gets. The defense is even worse right now. Can’t stop the run. Can’t get pressure and now you lost both of your starting corners
