Rewatched the game and these are my thoughts

QB: Shough, Rattler
- originally had us keeping all 3. Don’t think Wilson has shown enough to be worried another team would sign him and he can land on practice squad

RB: Etienne, Kamara, Kendre, Estime
- this depends on health, next up would be Chandler if Estime or Kamara have to sit out games

WR: Olave, Vele, Lance, Brown, Austin Jr, Means.
- Tyson starts out on IR

TE: Juwan, Fant, Delp, Matavao
- Matavao earns his spot on the roster with a good bounce back game.

OL: Banks, Edwards, McCoy, Ruiz, Fuaga, Sherman, Richards, Wright, Simpkins
- I think Sherman/Simpkins are in a battle with other cut players around the league. Herron I hope can get to the practice squad as he’s shown promise

DL: Godchaux, Miller, Broughton, Shepherd, Ridgeway
- Myles Cole had a really poor showing, injuries could affect things

DE: Young, Granderson, Wilson, Jennings, Jordan
- depending on Jordan’s injury situation Diggs or Heldman could get the spot. I think Heldman has promise but likely starts on PS

LB: Ellis, Werner, Stutsman, Ford, Stalbird
- top 4 is a good group

CB: Koolaid; Riley, Emerson, Price
- we have to find a 4th corner somewhere, maybe even trade for one

N: Sanker, Styles Jr

S: Reid, Blackmon, Howden,
- solid group, Burgess could find his way on the roster

LS: Wood
P: Wright
K: TBD
- we simply can’t go into the season with Tanner or Smyth..: they’ve got to look elsewhere

So beyond what’s on the 90 man roster, we need to find a backup OL, A 4th corner, and a kicker.

Next up would be Chandler who just fumbled at the 2 yard line, will get cut, and is not as good as Devin Neal/ CJ Donaldson?

Are you Ty Chandler?

Our RB7 who just fumbled at the goal line is next up? I'm going to act like the RB depth if a troll attempt.

Neal is hurt and Chandler gets the nod because of special teams

Chandler was playing special teams because Miller/ Neal were out. Now Donaldson should move above him. If any (2) of those guys are healthy then he shouldn't make the roster.

And none of that really matters. He is the oldest RB, isn't getting much better, and just fumbled at the 2 yard line. Even if those guys are hurt you cut Chandler and pick up any RB with a pulse on waivers.

There's 0 scenario where Chandler should make the team and no one should want Chandler to make the team.

I'd be fine with keeping (4) TE's and only picking one of Means/ Austin until Tyson comes back. The TE's are better anyway.

Olave/ Vele/ Brown/ Lance
JJ/ Fant/ Delp

Motavao

Kevin Austin
Bub Means

Not sure he makes it to the PS if we cut him.

Dude there is no way we keep Rattler. You have a top draft pick in Wilson as your backup. You’re not keeping Rattler over Wilson.

You didn't really pay attention to special teams kick coverage did you? These 3rd and 4th string guys are for injuries and SPECIAL TEAMS.

What do you think Rattler offers over Wilson?

What do you think Austin Jr. offers over Trey Palmer?

I cannot see us starting with only (4) RBs Etienne, Kamara, Miller, Estime given that Kamara for sure will miss regular season games and likely Estime also.
Neal re-tweaked his hamstring, TBD on timeline.
Chandler hasn’t stood out to me in a good way on offense, but he may have to make the team for the first few weeks until Kamara, Estime, Neal start getting healthy

Seeing those names on defense really has me concerned. CB, LB, and DL could be huge disasters.

Because you laughed when it was suggested he may make the team. We gotcha down man. Hell no on Chandler according to you. We got it.

I think the top 4 at LB is really solid, not great but solid,

I actually feel pretty good about the DL, injuries could change things and ideally you’d have a better DE2, but I think we have good talent throughout the DT and DE depth chart

I feel good about the top 3 corners, but after that I’m very worried. Have to find a better CB4
